A digital gift card will be sent directly to your email inbox within 1 hour after placing your order.
If you choose a printed gift card, it will be prepared for shipment (or ready for pick up, in case of pick up) within 1–2 business days. In the meantime, you will also receive the gift card code digitally by email within 1–2 business days.
Our online gift cards are exchangeable online at www.by1oak.com and in our store located at the Prinsengracht 134. The giftcard is valid for a period of 24 months.
PICK UP IN STORE
Order online and select 'Pick up' in store. When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an e-mail with all information.
